Frequently Asked Questions
For most healthy adults, water stored in copper overnight (about 6–8 hours) is considered safe in moderation. Do not store acidic drinks in copper, and consult a doctor if you have a copper-related condition.
Rinse with a mix of lemon (or tamarind) and salt, scrub gently, and rinse well. Avoid harsh detergents and the dishwasher. A natural green/blue tinge is normal and wipes away.
These are pure copper, not plated steel. Pure copper develops a living patina over time, which plated bottles do not.
