Changed your mind? Return it unused within 7 days of delivery. We arrange the pickup and deduct a flat ₹150 for the return courier.
How to start a return

We arrange the pickup
Once we have confirmed your return, our courier partner collects the piece from your address. Please pack it in its original packaging.
Your refund
When the piece reaches us and passes a check, we process your refund within 5–7 working days.

- ✦Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos. An unboxing video helps if you have one.
- ✦We arrange the pickup, free of charge.
- ✦You choose: a full refund or a replacement (subject to stock).
Changed your mind
- ✦Return it within 7 days of delivery.
- ✦The piece must be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging.
- ✦We arrange the pickup and deduct a flat ₹150 reverse-courier fee from your refund.
- ✦Shipping paid on the original order is not refunded.
Refund timeline
- ✦We process your refund within 5–7 working days of the piece reaching us and passing a check.
- ✦Prepaid orders (UPI, card, net banking) are refunded to the same payment method.
- ✦Cash on Delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer or UPI. We will ask for your details on WhatsApp or email.
What we can't take back
- ✦Customised, engraved or personalised pieces.
- ✦Bulk and corporate orders. Their terms are on our bulk gifting page.
A note on handmade: each piece is shaped, finished or painted by hand, so small variations in finish, colour or hand-painting are part of its character, not a defect.
