Refund Policy

As a policy, we do not entertain returns on products delivered in perfect, undamaged condition, except as specified below. A product is only eligible for return and refund under the following conditions:
- A wrong product has been dispatched or in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
- If you identify a quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
- If the product is received in a damaged condition. (Note: A clear unboxing video is mandatory to process any damage claims).
- If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product after taking out the partial cost of freight to cover reverse logistics, based on your invoice value as follows:
Rs. 0.00 - Rs. 999 — Rs. 150 deduction
Rs. 1000 - Rs. 2999 — Rs. 350 deduction
Rs. 3000 - Rs. 4999 — Rs. 500 deduction
Rs. 5000 and above — 10% of order value deduction
Note: Some of our packages may come in custom wooden boxes (depending on the fragility and material of the product) to ensure safe transit. These can be easily opened with the help of a screwdriver.
